Common Rail Injector Washers
With an ever-expanding market for choice of vehicles, we increase our range of washers frequently, making sure our stock covers virtually all makes.
It is most important that the injector has the correct thickness of seating washer so that the atomised fuel is ignited and burnt at the correct point in the compression chamber. Failure to do this could result in lack of power, unburnt fuel and in some cases excessive smoke.
The majority of our seating washers are copper or phosphor bronze, and occasionally steel.

Common Rail Pump
We carry stocks of sealing and high pressure washers for most Common Rail applications.
There are not many washers in a common rail pump, and of those that we supply, the vast majority are in a repair kit. Please advise us of the pump number and we can supply you with the appropriate repair kit.
General Injector
As a supplier to the Diesel injection aftermarket for over 45 years, we pride ourselves having a very wide range of washers varying in size and thickness to cover the majority of applications.

General Pump
Our extensive stocks of washers for pumps range from steel tab washers and shake proof washers to copper, phosphor bronze, and nylon delivery valve washers. Many more washers are used in old-style pumps than the modern common rail type, a lot of which we stock individually or as part of a full repair kit.

Seals and washers play a crucial role in the correct running of high-pressure systems. For instance; with every new injector kit you will have a soft copper washer - actually, it's a high-pressure seal.
In high-pressure diesel systems the injector has to seat into the seal perfectly, otherwise, a pressure bypass can occur, which will reduce the compression in that cylinder and provide very reduced performance, even when a new injector has been installed. (This will often produce degraded combustion).
