Delphi diesel systems are a well-established company and are manufacturers of high-quality diesel pumps, injectors and spare parts. Delphi have advanced their design of the common rail high pressure fuel pump from the old-style rotary pump to the latest radial style pump which has far fewer moving components, therefore, it benefits from greater reliability. This would also be due to the vehicle being regularly serviced according to manufacturers recommended service intervals. As long as the diesel used is good quality, the life span of the pump could be indefinite.

We have been reconditioning Delphi diesel fuel pumps since 1999, three years after the introduction of common rail to the UK. We were, if not the first company, one of the first company’s in the UK to test and recondition Delphi pumps and injectors. The feature that sets us apart from our competition is the fact that in 1999 we decided the way forward to promote the common rail test equipment that we were agents for, would be to actually repair common rail pumps and injector units.
